Happy New Year's Eve family, friends, clients, colleagues, and everyone in between 😅

We have officially reached the last day of 2025. The last day of the best year of my life. The year I got MARRIED. The year I achieved my almost-lifelong goal of completing an Ironman Traithlon. The year I traveled nearly every single month. The year I disovered my favorite new hobby - Pickleball! The year filled with so much love that I teared up about a dozen times writing this letter.

This is my 7th year in a row writing a year-in-review letter. I just read through the last few years, and holy cow does time fly. I am so incredibly blessed with a nonstop adventure-filled dream of a life. Sure it has its challenging moments, but those moments make the good stuff even sweeter.

What follows is a highlight reel from my 2025 - with some of my favorite moments and photos from each month. Thank you to every person who made this year so unbelievably special ❤️

January

• Kicked off the year in California with family
• Began touring Wedding Venues in Palm Springs
• Ski Trip with friends to beautiful Bend, Oregon
• Started Ironman Training!
• Hit 15,000 Steps every day in January
• First Month as the Board President for the Tacoma Rescue Mission
• Closed on Listing in West Seattle and listed new house in Lakewood

February

• Went back to Palm Springs for more venue tours & engagement photos
• Family Laser Tag & Bowling Day at Ocean 5
• Completed Intermittent Fasting Challenge
• Celebrated 50,000 Burgers sold at Radnor's Burgers & Beignets
• Started working with 2 new Buyer Clients

March

• Back to Palm Springs for the 3rd month in a row to lock down a new wedding venue since the previous one we booked canceled on us 😂
• Wedding Planning coffee date with our parents
• Guest lectured a UW class and spoke on a Real Estate Investing Panel
• Lots of pickleball and Ironman Training
• Made it on the jumbotron at the Mariners Game

April

• Scottsdale trip for a friend's Bachelor Party
• Celebrated my 11-year anniversary as a Real Estate Agent
• Helped 2 clients buy their first homes in Seattle
• Cut the ribbon for my friend Stephanie's new business Sober AF
• Easter with the fam

May

• Visited Victoria, Canada for the first time with the Miller fam
• Josh & Julie's wedding weekend in Monterey & Carmel by the Sea, CA
• Ran my first Half Marathon of the year in Monterey
• Listed & Sold Mid-Century modern house in Seattle (received a TON of offers)
• Finished Theory's first DADU project in Tacoma
• Theory Team Retreat at the future site of Tacoma Rescue Mission's Good Neigbor Village
• Celebrated Mama Miller's 60th Birthday
• Memorial Day Weekend in Lake Chelan

June

• Featured in a News Tribune Article about South Tacoma Way
• Burned 1,000 Active Calories every day
• First 100-Lap Swim
• Hit 1,500-Day DuoLingo Spanish-Learning Streak
• Celebrated Marc & Abby's Wedding in Chelan
• Father's Day Staycation on Anderson Island

July

• Competed in and WON my first pickleball tournament with Brian
• Delivered 4th of July care packages to all of my past clients' homes
• Amazing 4th with family & friends - always one of my favorite days of the year
• Garrett's Bachelor Party in New Orleans
• Helped Cassie buy her first home in Everett
• Spent as much time as possible at Lake Chelan (our happy place)

August

• The 8th Annual Island Palooza!
• Completed the 100-Mile Fred Hutch Obliteride
• Ran my first Marathon of the year
• Celebrated Garrett & Sydney's wedding in Kona
• Listed & Sold another Mid-Century Modern house in Fircrest

September

• Completed my 2nd Half Ironman in the Tri Cities
• Tons of wedding planning - 2 months to go!
• Celebrated our bachelor party with a great group of friends
• Engagement Party hosted by Brian's family
• Helped Nick & Hannah buy their first home in Des Moines

October

• Eloped at the Georgetown Shotgun Wedding Chapel so that all of our grandparents could be there for our special day!
• Completed a freaking Ironman!!!
• Drove to Palm Springs after the Ironman in Sacramento to spend a few weeks there before our wedding
• Dressed up as Peanut Butter & Jelly for Halloween
• Launched a Radnor's Program when Snap Benefits went away that raised $10,000 and served 2,000 free meals to our community

November

• Married the love of my life and had the best weekend of my life with 120 of our favorite people
• Absolutely loved living in Palm Springs for a month
• Celebrated Theory's 9-Year Anniversary
• Made the long drive back to Washington on the last day of November after a great Thanksgiving weekend with family

December

• 25 Days of Christmas - a Christmas activity every day!
• Perfect Christmas mornings with both of our families
• Celebrated Jaqui and Stubby's wedding - first wedding as husbands!
• Checked out Picklewood - a sweet new pickleball facility in SODO
• Saw Elf the Musical at the 5th Avenue Theater
• Passed my Managing Broker's Test!
