Mexico City & San Miguel

Mexico City

Last week, I had a chance to visit Mexico City for the first time. I've had so many people tell me how much they love it there, so I had high expectations. These people were absolutely right, and Mexico City quickly became one of my new favorite places. The tree-lined streets and parks, the FOOD, the nightlife, the people. My kind of place! I even ran a half marathon around the city to explore as much as possible. Here's a breakdown of my favorite places I visited if you find yourself planning a trip to Mexico City:

2026 Goal Planning

During the last couple days of 2025, Brian and I set aside a few hours for some 2026 Goal Planning. It was an incredible way to kick off the new year - getting aligned on our plans & intentions for the year. Check out the full video about our goal-planning day HERE!

First DEXA Scan

I completed my first DEXA scan earlier this month. The data was humbling to say the least. I’ve always questioned if measuring my weight is the best way to track my fitness progress (it’s not). Finally have some good baseline numbers to measure against over time!

Happy New Year!
