It's been a while...
Long Time No See!
It's been almost 4 months since my last newsletter. Time flies when you're living life! I hope all is well in your world. Here's what's new in mine :)
Monthly Challenges
I've stuck to all of my monthly challenges so far this year! Here's a look back at the first 4 months of the year.
January - Evening Routine: I flossed and brushd every night before bed, did my skin care routine, and limited my screen time. I'm excited to share that these habits have mostly stuck over the last few months!
February - 100 pushups + Burn 1,000 Active Calories every day: I actually ended up continuing this challenge after completing it in February, and I just hit 100 days in a row of 100 pushups and 1,000 active calories a few days ago!
March - Diet Challenge: I completely cut out alcohol, soda, fast food, and dessert for the whole month of March. This was definitely a tough one, but I stuck with it and realized that life is too short to cut out so many things that I love ;)
April - Sweet Treat Every Day: Oh boy, this one was rough! Through a lot of tenacity and grit, I stuck this one out and successfully completed my April challenge *phew*
Pickleball
One of the main ways that I've been burning 1,000 active calories every day is through lots and lots of pickleball. It is absolutely my new favorite hobby, and I play as much as I possibly can. I've played in a few tournaments over the last few months - Placed 1st in one, 2nd in another, and dead last in another. Hit me up if you ever want to play some pickleball!
Hotel Stays
One of the other highlights of life lately has been getting to stay at some pretty sweet hotels around the Pacific Northwest. I've been posting consistently on social media for well over a decade, and it is starting to pay off in a pretty fun way :)
Brian and I recently started doing some partnerships with hotels through our joint social accounts. We've gotten to stay at 6 local hotels so far this year and we have a few more coming up. Check out our hotel collabs below and please follow along if you don't already!
