Life Lately
Happy Monday friends! Can you believe we have less than 2 weeks left of summer?! If you were to ask me how life has been lately, I'd say that I've been spending my time on 4 main things: Real Estate, Wedding Planning, Ironman Training, & Pickleball. Life is a non-stop juggling act and I'm loving it. Here's a mini deep dive into each of these 4 areas of my life!
Real Estate
Last week, I helped my friends Nick & Hannah close on the purchase of their beautiful first home in Des Moines! We found the PERFECT house-hack to help cover some of the mortgage with rental income
We also went pending on my Fircrest Listing, and Theory has several other updated listings still available - including this Starter Home in Tacoma and this Dream Home in Poulsbo

Wedding Planning
Our wedding is a little over 2 months away, and wedding planning is in full force. Who knew that there were SO many details that go into planning a wedding?!
We spent about 12 hours this weekend alone working on designing signage, creating playlists, organizing our shopping list, and working on a wedding overview document. It's going to be a beautiful weekend in Palm Springs, and every detail we figure out makes us even more excited

Ironman Training
I have spent a significant percentage of my 2025 training for my upcoming Ironman Triathlon in Sacramento, and I've officially reached the final stretch of training - it's less than 6 weeks away
Within the last couple weeks, I've completed all 3 of the full Ironman Distances: a 2.4 mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a 26.2 Mile Run. I am competing in a half Ironman later this month, and my September Challenge is to complete 2 Ironmans over the course of this month. I am VERY excited to be done with this thing
Pickleball
And last but not least... Pickleball! My new favorite hobby / obsession / addiction. I've found a sport that I absolutely love, and I really can't get enough of it. We're even playing pickleball at our wedding!
