100 Miles for Cancer Research
Completing the Obliteride!
This weekend, I participated in the Obliteride - Fred Hutch's annual bike ride fundraiser for cancer research. I covered 100 miles (the 2nd longest ride of my life) and over 5,000 Feet of elevation gain. The hills were ROUGH!
Cancer is something that has affected pretty much every family out there. My Grandma Penny passed from skin cancer when I was 4 years old, my Papa Dick battled prostate cancer a few years ago, and my Papa Red has been overcoming multiple types of cancer for almost my whole life. I rode this weekend for my grandparents and for every other family that has been impacted by cancer. Fred Hutch is working to Cure Cancer Faster - a mission we can all get behind. Our team raised nearly $15,000 for cancer research!

Congrats Cassie!
Huge congrats to my friend Cassie on the purchase of her first home! Back in 2023, we shared a bottle of wine and discussed the home-buying process, and we ended up finding this beautifully remodeled home in Everett 2 years later. Cheers to your next chapter!
Life Lately - Island Palooza & Chelan
Summertime in the Pacific Northwest is easily my favorite time of the year. Long days, shorts every day, lake swims, boat rides, beautiful sunsets, and fun events with family and friends!
Earlier this month, my family hosted our 8th Annual Island Palooza - our summer event on Anderson Island. Easily one of my top 5 days of the year. Check out a video recap HERE
And then I also got to spend some time over in Lake Chelan, one of my favorite places on the planet. Can it be summer forever?!
