Exercising Every Day in June

My June challenge was to exercise every single day for a month. I'll admit - this was a bit of a cop-out. One of my goals for 2020 is to do some sort of exercise every day this year (and I did the same thing in 2019). So this wasn't incredibly challenging, but I wanted a slightly easier challenge after walking 10,000 steps every day in May and going live on Facebook every day in April.

Regardless, it was a great month of exercise. I seriously cannot express how incredibly important exercise is for our health and well-being. It helps us burn fat, build muscle, reduce our blood pressure, boost our energy, sleep better, lower our anxiety, and improve our overall mood. And guess what... exercise doesn't have to suck. MAKE IT FUN. If you hate going to the gym, figure out some other physical activity that you actually enjoy. There are so many different ways to get your heart rate up - swimming, tennis, golf, roller skating, rock climbing, dancing, etc. Do what works for you!

MY JULY CHALLENGE…

A lot of people ask me... "Water you doing for next month's challenge?"

Okay, no one asks me.. but I've been waiting to use that pun for 3 months 🤷‍♂️

ANDERSON ISLAND WEEKEND

Last weekend was an absolutely perfect weekend in one of my favorite places with some of my favorite people.

HERE's a day-in-the-life video I made on Saturday, and HERE's one I made on Sunday :) If you've never been out to Anderson Island, I highly recommend it! I mean... just check out this sunset

ACTION RELIEVES TENSION

If you’re ever feeling stressed out about everything you have to do, simply taking action will relieve your stress.

As Nike and the great Shia LaBeouf said, JUST DO IT!

DRIVING RANGE TEAM EVENT

I'm slowly but surely getting closer to my goal of becoming mediocre at golf!

LOOKING FOR BOOK RECOMMENDATIONS!

We are officially halfway through 2020, so I spent some time reflecting on my goals for the year to make sure I'm on track to hit them. One of my goals is to read 52 books this year (1 per week),  and I just finished my 28th book. So I'm a bit ahead of schedule

I need to read 24 more books this year. What should I add to my list??
