76 Days until Ironman Washington

My Ironman Triathlon is coming up quickly, and training has been no joke. I've been training each of the 3 disciplines (swimming, biking, and running) at least 3 times each per week. There's no doubt it's been physically challenging, but it's also been incredibly difficult to fit 12-15 hours of training into my schedule each week. Overall I'm loving the biking (definitely a new hobby), tolerating the running, and despising the swimming.  HERE's a video I made of last weekend's training regimen. 76 days to go!

Athletic Greens Every Day for a Month

My challenge for the month of June was to take Athletic Greens (the daily dietary supplement) every day for a month. Here are my honest thoughts!

July Challenge

I have mixed feelings about wine. I love going wine-tasting, but haven't ever really found a wine that I truly enjoy. So my challenge for the month of July is try a new wine every day and hopefully find some that I like. Here goes nothing!

1 Year since Rainier

Last week marked 1 year since I summited Mount Rainier. Still by far the hardest thing I’ve ever done. Every time I see the mountain on a sunny day in Washington, I have so much gratitude for the experience and for my healthy body that allowed me to do it. There are many more mountains I want to climb in this life (both literal and figurative). The next one is my half Ironman coming up in September, then hopefully a full Ironman next year!

RIP Yoshi

Said goodbye to this little guy last week. My very first dog. I still remember the day that we got him. He fit in the palm of my hand. Even when he was full-grown, it was easy to misplace him, so we would yell his favorite word “chicken” and he would come running. Love you Yoshi!

Real Estate Market Update

Here's a little Market Update that I filmed at the beginning of June.

TLDR - the market is weird, inventory is low, listings are competitive, and home prices aren’t far off from the all-time records we saw last Spring
