Wednesday was my first day of "freedom", but I've found myself wanting to continue doing most of the same things that I've been doing for the last 75 Days. I've spent a lot of time thinking about what I want to take away from all this and which habits I want to maintain. The video above summarizes what I learned and what's next for life after 75 Hard!
