15,000 Steps Every Day for a Month

Happy 1st day of April! We are officially 1/4 of the way through 2022. Time flies when you’re having fun!

I have 2 pretty big bucket list items coming up in June: I’m climbing Mount Rainier, and I’m running my first Marathon! I haven’t been great about training for either of these events, so it’s time to get my butt into gear.

I’ve hit 10,000 steps every day so far this year, but I’m taking it up a notch in April. My challenge for this month is to hit 15,000 steps every day. I’m hoping this will force me to go on more runs and hikes this month. And it will also get me outside a bit more as we head into Spring!

PS - I’m raising $5,000 for the American Lung Association for my Rainier climb. If you’re able to contribute any amount whatsoever, it would be greatly appreciated! HERE is the donation link.

My Thoughts on the Current Real Estate Market

As someone who works in the real estate industry, a question that I get asked often is "What are your thoughts on the real estate market?" Click on the picture below to hear some of my opinions and advice for anyone thinking about buying a home in 2022!

Nashville

At the beginning of March, I spent a weekend in Nashville to celebrate my parents’ 35th wedding anniversary. I’m a big believer that life is all about balance and giving attention to whichever area needs it most. I’ve broken up my life into 5 pillars: Body, Mind, Relationships, Career, and Happiness. Since the beginning of the year, I’ve been laser-focused on work and staying disciplined with my fitness and other healthy habits. I’ve been thinking about work pretty much around-the-clock. I’m very blessed to have a career that I love, but when it becomes all-consuming, that means it’s time to take a break. I had an awesome time in Nashville unplugging as much as possible and spending quality time with people that I love. Nashville did not disappoint!

Chelan

I was also able to spend this past weekend at Lake Chelan. It was a perfect weekend in one of my favorite places!
